Getting ready to put our 2015 3750fl legacy package on the market.
Second owner . First owner had put ,I'm guessing, approximately 4k on the rig by making 2 1/2 trips to Florida from Virginia.
We bought it in late 18 early 19 ,for my wife and I to live in while repairing our home in Conway ,after the flood from Hurricane Florence.
Have made several upgrades on the rig while we've had it , thinking we might keep it and travel after the house was completed.
Added :
20k Goosebox
A pair of "Step Above" fold up entry stair w/ handrails and exterior storage boxes under the steps.
5 new Sailun ST235/80R16 tires .
2 new Vizio smart TVs. Bedroom n Patio.

Planning on listing it at $38k

2010 3000RK Montana

Just curious as to value of 2010 3000RK Montana 1 owner. Maybe in low $20K? May have to sell this year or next due to health issues.

Try listing on Facebook Marketplace. I sold my 2007 there. Listed it on a Thursday. Friday a lady came to look at it and said she wanted it but her husband would have to come the next day (Saturday) to look at it. He did and said ok. Agreed to meet her at her bank Monday to receive a bank check. The only way I would accept payment. And we did. By then I had over 10 more inquiries about it before I could mark it as sold. Four days from the time I listed it.

I looked at jdpower.com for their estimated value. About $18,750 at the time. I searched my year and floorplan on google and found a number of same year and floorplans for sale nationally with prices ranging from less than jdpower to more than, some ridiculously more than. I decided to list at the jdpower estimated value.

Now that was in May 2020 during covid and rv demand was high. Don’t know about the current market.

Edit: I got my full asking price. The asking prices you see with a google search are just that, asking prices. No way to know what any actual sell price was if it did sell.

I have been trying to sell our 2015 Montana, the market is saturated with rigs that people are dumping post Covid. It is definitely a buyers market right now, the number of rigs out there is keeping prices so low you will almost be giving the rig away. And it really doesn't matter what condition your trailer is in, you will not get what you feel it is worth. Good luck

We have ours listed on 4 RV sales sites at the price they recommended (book).
We have had many lookers, but no offers. Will likely end up just keeping it.
