Inverter E01 code

I recently just bought a brand new 2024 Keystone Montana. I’ve had it about two weeks and I noticed the inverter is showing a E01 code.. which is low voltage. Both batteries are brand new and are showing 13 V. I unhooked the power from everything and let it sit for 30 minutes an 1 hour and 24 hours and cannot get it to reset as anybody ever had this issue?

Is the inverter power disconnect on? You should have a battery power disconnect on the Gigi box and another Power disconnect for the inverter. Check with a voltmeter at the inverter and see what the voltage is.

Yes, the disconnect power is on and I have 13 V at the back of the inverter

I have the same Code since it was new (2023). Everything works fine. I just thought it meant it was fine. Apparently, mine has never worked.

After further review, brand new Lithium Batteries fully charged, Solar working and in Float Mode, no power switch anywhere on the Inverter, no fuse to be found. Only a small reset button. Furnace, Fridge, and everything else works. But I bet if I wasn't hooked to shore power my CPAP and Coffee Maker wouldn't work.

Maybe we both got bad inverters even though they are basically brand new and never used?

It seems strange that three of you (Milo, daboom11 and RavensNest) all have the "E01" error (no 12V power to the inverter). I have a different inverter and I am not very familiar with the CSX one used by Montana.

I assume everyone has verified 12+V at the connections to the inverter (not just at the battery). How about the display on the inverter itself? RavensNest posted a picture of the remote display. What does the display on the inverter look like (a picture would be nice).? Are any of the fault LEDs illuminated?

I take some of you don't ever boondock, so the "E01" error is not problem. But for those that do, this is a big deal. As the inverter is a pretty simple device in concept (12V DC in and 120V AC out), The "E01" error, despite verified 12+V input, is a inverter failure problem. I would return to the dealer and have them make it right

Thanks Carl! My Unit is showing it's a CSW1012 2000W Inverter. I have almost 13 Volts to the backside of the inverter. I can't imagine if I somehow messed it up or maybe its's just bad from the factory. I can't believe we didn't catch it during the walkthrough. If we lose power, I'm dead in the water and that's why we have it just case.

I wonder if we disconnect from shore power maybe the transfer switch would recognize and turn the inverter on automatically? Just a thought.

Just curious if anyone tried this...
I found an article when I had problems with my CSW1012 inverter that said the E01 error was caused by the battery being below 10.5 VDC and shut itself down. After recharging the battery, the inverted must be restarted or it will remain in the E01 error mode even though the battery is fully charged.

EO1 is low battery. Confirm the batteries are charged, power cycle the inverter and it should clear the error.
