Has anyone had the incommand -F display and had to reset the system numerous times? and now I think I need to check if there is an EOL installed in both front and rear unit. Has anyone completed this function or is this a dealer repair. All the WHITE papers I find on this issue KSB (keystone service bulletin) show this is intended for dealer repairs. Any help is appreciated....

There will be “Only 1” EOL resistor and it will be either on the last AC unit or on the BCM panel itself depending on what version of In Command

If you have basic electrical skills and a multimeter you can troubleshoot this yourself in a very short period of time

Thanks Chuck - I'm on it, so there should only be 1 EOL resistor in the system not one for each unit. Thanks Tom

Noticed you have a 2022. While you’re troubleshooting, if you already haven’t checked for In-Command software updates, the instructions are in the attachment chucks posted.

Though I haven’t checked for updates in about a year, for reference our versions are:

DC: 2.9.71
App: 2.3.192
BCM: 1.7.97

While you are checking for the eol resistor, clean the temperature sensor connections. Corrosion on them will also cause false readings.
