The problem I have is, when I took the motorized fan down, I didn't realize the switch was still on. As I pulled the fan assembly down, the motor started spinning and I could stop it in time. After I cleaned the fan unit, I replaced it and now the fan doesn't work. Tried using the hand crank and it won't turn. I called Keystone and no one there has any idea what I am talking about. Looking for help.

If it is the Fantastic fan you are speaking about, it could be the vent cover is stuck to the gasket on the roof. You may have to get up there and gently try to unstick it. As for as the fan, how did you stop it. If you forced it to stop could have blown a fuse. Need to check for power going to the fan when switch is in correct position and calling for fan to turn on. If power is there motor may have gone bad. Others may come on with more suggestions. Good Luck

Ole dude is a wise man indeed, if that does not work, call Fantastic fan, those folks are.. well, Fantastic.

Ozz thanks, hope this feller gets his problem solved and lets us hear about it. Stay warm.
