How to install my profile info when I create or post a response

Any help with my title above would be really appreciated. I admit I am not a computer wiz when working on this type of thing.

You need to create a "signature". In the top blue bar, left click your user ID. A new window will open, left click signature. Another new window will open where you can add/edit your signature. Save it and your are done.

Scott, THANK YOU. WOW you make it sound SO easy! Thanks for the pics as this is a really big help. I will be working on this very soon.
I did not mention a question about adding a photo. Would the process be the same?

That photo is called an "avatar". In the same window where you found "signature", select "account details", scroll down to "avatar" and you will be able to add/edit.
