Just got montana out of heated storage, preparing to go camping ,look under and looks like water ,opened up under belly and water came out of the honeycomb dry above it ! it was not sewage water. had very strong wind and rain last night wondering if wind could have forced it in or is it condensation ?

The screen shot below is from a factory tour video. I think this frame is for a unit with a rear garage, but I sketched in where the fresh water tank might be installed. I think you may have a leaky water tank…I don’t think rain water could blow into the frame space above the corplast bottom.

What is your RV year and model?

Front of trailer, fresh water tank is at the back this the front by black tank

Trying to understand where you found water…in the front storage compartment? and/or in the basement storage area? behind the wet bay connections? Plus water was dripping out from the front coroplast bottom closure?

When was the last time you were hooked up to city water? When was the last time you used the black tank flush? The air admittance valve on the black tank flush system is a common failure point.

Providing your year and model number may help figure this out. Where is your shower located?

Since you are not smelling sewer water, it is likely a plumbing pipe leak from the back of the wet bay connections, or from your black tank flush system, or possible shower drain pipe/hepvo valve leak.

water came out of the coroplast it self, above it is a sheet of insulation and that is dry ! Last used last year , winterized and been in storage, will finish taking off coroplast and find if there is a leak somewhere. 2022 montana 3121rl , no water has ben hooked up yet this year , will hookup water when coroplast is removed

Got me stumped , removed coroplast, hooked up water no leaks , ran water thru black tank rinse no leaks , filled fresh water tank no leaks, ran water in every outlet on city hook up and thru pump no leaks !

I had that on my Montana (2013)…yes, rain gets into the chloroplast channels, by wicking in as it drips. I ended up slightly slicing the plastic at the low sag point to let water out.

I had the same thing happen to our 2021 3761FL in the Arizona desert. We packed up to leave and when i raised the nose of the 5th wheel to hook it up a lot of water came out of the belly. 3 years later we have never had it occur again, no clue what is was from!

I’ve found clean water in the same place and I suspect for us, it’s when I drain the water heater. I used to remove the anode rod and let it dribble out. It would run down the j-wrap and some would run onto the I-beam and there’s a place where the coroplast has a gap. I now have a short pvc extension pipe that screws into the anode hole so the water clears the j-wrap. A little water still gets on the i-beam as the picture shows. I still need to close the gap.

Same thing might happen when it rains hard.
