Heated Tanks Questions

I am under the impression the tanks in my Montana 33901RK have heating pads under them. Am I correct?
If I am correct, I have a few questions:
1. How can I test the pads to make sure they are in working order.
2. What voltage are the heating pads
3. Can I wire an indicator light to the pads
4. Is there a separate thermostat for each pad.
5. Can the pads be turned off

1. Unless you have an amp meter to monitor your battery draw, I believe you would need to drop the coreplast belly to be able to check each pad.
2. 12V - they operate off your batteries
3. my 2022 has 3 blue switches located in the cabinet door with all the other switches. Those light up in the on position. (Not In-Command equipped).
4. As I recall they have a built in thermostat that comes on around 40 degrees

What C&P said.
The heating pads draw about 2.5A each when on.
The built in thermostat comes on at 45⁰F and off at 67⁰F.
The only way to tell if they are working WITHOUT removing the bottom coroplast is with a multimeter or battery monitor AND the underbelly temperature must be below 40⁰F for the thermostat to turn on.

If you had tank heaters you would already have (usually blue) switch's in you control panel for controlling them, if not you most likely don't have tank heaters.

I have a 2018 High Country with tank heaters. I have one switch for all 5 tanks (2 gray, 2black, 1 fresh water). It is a lighted switch when on. One switch for all, figures if you need one on, then you need all on. Each pad has its own thermostat wired in. Only used them twice and they seemed to work fine.
