Does anyone have the name and phone number of who to contact about graphics? Our friend called Keystone and they referred him to his dealer who sold the Montana. I know for a fact Keystone has replaced graphics. His unit is a 2008 .

Here is my current experience. I have a 2006. I replaced the front graphics about 3 years ago-no cost from Burlington Ind. Today--Burlington is not providing any free graphics and I don't think they are selling any for those Montana's that used their product. Keystone is working thru your dealer. I contacted mine.--full set is $1800--to much for me. So I am waiting to do the worst ones--interesting that I have 7 that are in poor shape and 6 of the 7 are on the off side or door side. Most are the solid color graphics that just cracked--but are stuck pretty well--some edge peeling. I am still waiting to take any action. I did trim all the edge peeling with a razor blade and it seems to help the appearance.

EDITED 7/16/2013--You can call Keystone Customer Service, but I read somewhere (recently) on the MOC forum that Keystone is no longer replacing graphics on any rigs OUT OF WARRANTY. You can probably still buy graphics for replacement, but Burlington is no longer making or supplying graphics for Montanas, or so I was told by a Keystone rep.

Maybe that's why he can not get them. We had no problem getting our front cap a few years ago for ours. I lost the name and no. Of who we dealt with. They are looking for the front cap Big Sky but if Burlington no longer supplies them can the dealer even get them? Hmmmm!

Hi

Go to one of the companies that make vehicle wraps and advertising signs.

The first things they will tell you is the graphics Keystone is selling are of the most inexpensive material on the market. This stuff is only used for temporary signs like you see on the side of the road during elections.

They will take a picture of the rig and reproduce the graphics with their computer system.

I have a quote to remove all the old ones and install the new ones for $1,500.00 with a 5-year warranty.

I haven’t changed mine yet because I am having too much pleasure telling people that ask about the condition of my graphics about Keystones quality. They really get the idea when I show them Keystone couldn’t even glue the sewer outlet on correctly.

I would assume, if that's true, that they would still take care of units currently under warranty. When we bought our 2010, we were told by the Sales rep and Sales Mgr that Keystone warranty included three year free replacement for any graphic issues and that they had changed graphic supplier.

I have a quote for a graphic company that can make graphics up to 13 feet in one dimension. Cost for the two mountain scenes (one on each side) is $440 each installed. I have held off as I state before because the trimming cleaning them up enough. My thinking is that the graphics do not impact my ability to go down the road. So, why do it?? My response--only if it will help sell the unit. Then I will probably loose money on the deal. I am not in that selling position--so I will keep going down the road.

Contact Keystone customer relations and tell them the problems you are having with your graphics. I have a 2010 model 3150 and decals after 3 years were terrible. They asked for pictures which I sent and within two days new decals were on the way, no questions asked.o

The early year graphics are just not made anymore. In 2013 a full set was not available for my 06 3400. I did get the bits and pieces that keystone had in stock but it was not much. A local marine graphics shop here on the shores of Lake Erie could make me what ever I wanted at whatever quality I wanted at a price.

We have a 2012 Mountaineer with graphic issues. I contacted Keystone customer service, they advised to take it to a dealer and they would pay to replace the defective decals and also cover the expense of the new decals. Took it to the dealer for documentation as per Keystones request. Thought everything was going to good. The dealer called and said that Keystone would provide the decals and only pay for 1 hour of labor. The dealer stated it would take 2-3 hours to remove and prep the front cap alone. I called Keystone again, waiting to hear back from either the dealer or Keystone.

Call Walt at 573-263-2212. He was on EBay selling the whole mtn scene as 1 decal for the rt/lf side for $250 a side
