On several occasions we've stopped to find our GE Refrigerator door not fully closed and the refrigerator in an open door alarm. The black knob that comes with the Montana doesn't have enough contact surface to securely keep all three doors closed. The white piece in my picture is my solution to provide a larger contact area to insure a closed door.
I took a three inch hole saw and drilled a hole in a piece of a cutting tray and glued a thin piece of carpet to one side. Then using a 1" longer 3/8" all thread rod reassembled it.
I already had the plastic cutting tray and I guess a good piece of tight grained wood would work as well. I'd just add a carpet scrap to protect the finish of the doors.
Maybe this will help someone else....it has been submitted to Keystone

Yep, I don’t know how they couldn’t see that it wasn’t adaquate to hold those doors closed. Worse, it was such a flimsy fit that the doors could open and then be damaged by the knob.
I’m an old boater so I have a lot of marine grade repair materials laying around so I used 1/8” G-10 fiberglass laminate sheeting. I think I cut it to 2” diameter. Same thing, works great. Well done.

I read someone took an old CD and used it to add surface area. Mine seems to fit just fine, so I haven't addressed it ... yet.

I use a 2” wide strip of sticky velcro I bought at Home Depot. Dometic 2-way power frig, 2019 MHC 3130RL. Stuck a 2”x2” pad to each door far edge, then ran a strip of non-sticky velcro from far left to far right. Has never failed in 5 years.

I put a fender washer (don't remember the size) and a rubber washer the same size on the rod and it has worked great. Also added another nut to keep them in place. Works well.
