We have 2024 3123RL we bought last year, the bottom freezer is working great, at -04 degrees, but the refrigerator compartment is not. We are 2 weeks into a little more than a month long stay, and the refrigerator started going up yesterday, as high as 50 degrees, and overnight it only came back down to 45. It might have hit 90 degrees outside yesterday, but that’s it. (What would happen if we were to got where I was hot?)
Had anyone else had this particular issue? We have read the threads on the Furrion 12volts, from MOC issue 707, but didn’t see this problem listed, although there was one mentioning 2 30 or 40 amp fuses on top of the fridge.
Suggestions?

I can't see for some reason if anyone else replied. I have the same 5er with the same fridge, although I'm on my 4th fridge. Call Lippert and have them send you a new control board. It should still be under warranty. They will have you check those fuses first up top but on mine, that was never a problem. This is a known issue with undersized capacitors on the original board. The updated board has a new design and a really large heat sink. I just replaced the board on fridge #4. When they ship replacement fridges (we went through 4 before they could ship one that actually worked), they still have the original bad board in them. Same problem over on the Grand Design forums with this fridge. You can change this board yourself or have a mobile RV tech do it. If you decide to do it yourself, there are 2 connectors that have moved from the old board and LIppert will need to show you in a screen share where they go,

I was able to get Lippert to send me an updated board, hoping it comes before our next trip. From other responses, it sounds like this will take care of it. Hoping it to do the 4 refrigerator replacement!

These refrigerators work by pumping cold air from the freezer to the refrigerator. When we discovered we had the old/wrong control board, our freezer continued to work and the refrigerator couldn't maintain temp. I believe the bad board is failing to control that airflow, either by failing to open the doors between the fridge and freezer or failing to engage the fan (or both). By the time we got help, there was a massive ice dam in the freezer behind the back panels and our freezer was struggling to keep temp as well. The fan was even obstructed by the ice. When you change out your control board, make sure your fridge/freezer are completely shut off for a couple days (48 hours). This will allow plenty of time to completely thaw an ice dam if you have one and give you a clean slate when you fire it back up.

Thanks for the information, I will pass that along to our tech. We will be home next week, and hoping to get the new board installed then. I pulled the fuse out a week ago, when it finally quit working completely. So the 48 hours, should be covered.
