i have a new 2024 montana high country just put in use at my seasonal sight May 3 2025. running off shore power. the frig gets only mildly cold after running for the week and the freezer is not freezing hard. it is a furion side/side. settings are set to the coldest. i hear what sounds like the fan running but never like a compressor is kicking in. i pulled the fuse and let it sit for a bit and reinstalled the fuse to see if that might help and then had to leave so wasn't able to check further. Any ideas?. Thanks

I have one in my 3123 RL. There is a control board upgrade that solved this on mine. Call Lippert support and they can walk you through troubleshooting. Have your serial number handy

If the dealer was close by, I would get them involved

over the weekend a hvac tech and i did the diagnostics and found the numbers good. BUT we had to pull the fridge out of it's place which is like a closet--no venting. we followed the diagnostics and waited 2 hours run time and the temps are spot on. freezing fine cooling fine. we left it outin the open overnight and through out the day today and it's working just fine. our conclusion is that it was overheating in it's cramped location with no venting. now we'll see what conclusion keystone has and lippert has when they get the diagnostics.
