For sale - 2019 KEYSTONE MONTANA 381TH **needs roof repaired or replaced**
FOR SALE - ONE OWNER – SELLING FOR HEALTH REASONS - located near Myrtle Beach, SC
2019 KEYSTONE MONTANA 381 TOY HAULER - $32,000
We had this detailed in November. The detailer mentioned the seal around the a/c needed replaced. We had a local RV repair shop take a look and the a/c leaked causing roof damage. The leak is about 2 feet x 1 foot. Three RV places have told me the roof needs replaced. I had a local "car repair owner" look at it who rents u-hauls and he has fixed u-haul roofs. He doesn't think the entire roof needs replaced but who knows. Anyway, selling this for what we owe on it.
Seeing this model 2018/2019 going for $45,000 to $55,000. Roof fix is around $10,000 and we owe $32,000 on it. Will sell for what we owe, you fix the roof.
The insurance rep said the roof looked beautiful except for the leak around the a/c.
Throwing in lots of extras, water hoses, dishes, some small appliances, etc.
