Factory tour

We are traveling and plan to be in Elkhart, IN, the beginning of next week. Does anyone know if it's possible to tour the factory? Any info appreciated

Yes...go to the Service Center and they will arrange a tour for you.

They hold their normal tours on Tuesdays so give them a call to see if they will be giving the tour this next week!

I was thinking the sign on the service center last week said 2pm, but I could be very wrong. Make sure of the time when you call.

We are set up - the tours are tues and thurs at 2:00. We are to be there at 1:45.

They seem to be all over the place with "do you need an appointment or not." We are planning on a plant tour Oct 1.

Folks coming to the rally often schedule appointments so it's their rush season for that.

I know what you mean. We tried to set an appointment and they said it was not necessary for the Oct 1 time. We are unable to make it for the first Tuesday of the Rally.

What a dissappointment. After making an appointment for the tour, paying for an additional night at the campground and rearranging our schedules, we arrived at Keystone for our tour only to be told the tours were cancelled for this week. Nice.

That is horrible Public Relations. I hope they don't do that to me Oct 1. I would have to think hard about buying an Big Sky if they pull that!!!

Let's just say Keystone has dropped a peg or two on our short list of reputable RV manufacturers. Customer service is not like it was even 5 years ago. We will take a good, hard look at other brands when we are ready to trade in a year or so.

I've been looking at other brands as well as Montana for 7 years now and own an SOB. I am convenced Montana quality and service is among the best. Having said that; I would be greatly dissapointed if I don't get a tour.
