Those look very impressive. What material is the outdoor treads made of; plastic or aluminum? From the pic they resemble a cheese grater and would not be at all comfortable to bare feet.

The hanks for the interest. The material is made from 100% closed cell polyethylene foam made for the marine industry, installed in boats for non-skid solutions. It’s also a sound dampening material. It doesn’t fade, wear, or stain. The finish isn’t at all an issue on bare feet, you don’t even feel it, and is more non-skid when wet, dries fast as it does not soak up water or dirt! Mine have been installed nearly four years. It’s the only product on the market with Montana Logo standard.

They adhere with a 3M marine grade adhesive. Peel & Stick.
