We are on edge of Toledo Bend Reservoir and it is probably six miles wide, where we are. The problem is the north wind, since we have a north west exposure. The wind will sometimes take the door out of your hand and swing it open if you are not careful. To help prevent this, I am thinking of installing one of those hydraulic cylinders like is used on motor homes which allows the door to open only to 90 degrees. Has anyone got a better idea or done something similar? I would love some input.
