Hi all. We just purchased our 2019 Montana High Country in May. After about 1 week we noticed the auto and gas lights were on. We contacted a repairman who put in a new fuse and things were working properly again. Last week we noticed afain it was running on auto and gas again and the temp indicated between 45-52 degrees. We contacted a local dealer and repair who came out and did diagnostics but couldnt find a issue except we burnt a 2nd fuse. They contacted Dometic who indicated 50degrees is within acceptable temp. We purchased a thermometer and its reading 50 in the middle of the fridge. The dealer repairman said to just “monitor it”. Can anyone help with what we can do. We are very frustrated
Thanks much

Just loading up for a short trip. Our dometic running on electric only cooled the fridge to 35 degrees in about 4 hours. It will hold it there forever if we don't open the door regardless if we are cooling with electric or gas. Opening the door will raise the temperature 4 or 5 degrees almost immediately but leaving the door shut will cool it back to 35 within an hour. Similar results on gas. Where is this fuse located that keeps blowing? Is it on the control board or somewhere else internal to the fridge? If you can change the fuse yourself. Try running it just on electric then just on gas to narrow down the culprit.

If it’s blowing fuses there’s a problem, 50 degrees is not a normal operational temp. Minimum is 42 degrees, you can’t keep milk at 50 degrees. What temp is your freezer. If you run it on gas how is the temp.
