can't find leak 07 mountaineer 342pht

I have a leak in my 07 Mountaineer 342pht near the living room slide and entertainment center junction. Carpet in front of couch in slide near entertainment center gets wet when water is on. RV repair can't find it. checked city water fill and outside shower and not leaking there. we are certain its not from rain via roof or windows. Anybody else have this issue? we only use garden hose hook up at camp site and always have this leak when water is on.

Anyone know what is behind the leftmost bottom wood panel in the Entertainment center covering? two wood screws there but removing them doesn't do anything. Might need to cut open via ent center cloths closet see what going on under there. very frustrated

I think you will find a water line behind that panel. It should come off.

The water pump is located there. I do not understand what you meant by "removing them (the screws) does not do any good." I can remove mine and then pull the panel off to expose the pump. There is also a bypass valve and a valve and tube to suck antifreeze into the system.

Panel does not come off by removing the screws

Maybe someone at the factory glued it by mistake.

Any suggestions outside of destroying the panel to remove it?

You may want to try a different RV repair center. A repair place that says they can't find an active leak????????? They probably have to take off a wall panel to get to it and don't want too.

Yes agree that I need a better repair option. Unfortunately I'm camping somewhere bit remote at a permanent site and I don't pull it - so I fix it myself or call the one RV person serving the area I'm in.

A putty knife and a hot air gun or hair dryer. Really stupid on the part of whoever glued it in place.

My RV repair guy was able to get the panel off from outside the coach through outside shower. He said pump was leaking so he bypassed it for now so we'll see if leak is still there when I camp again in a few weeks and have the water on for a few days. I still don't understand why the pump is even involved in water flow if always just using a pressurized garden hose hook up and not the holding tank.

I'll either need to replace or fix the leaking pump when i go to winterize this fall.

Anybody know the approx material cost to replace the pump and a good place to purchase it online?
