Getting messages but can’t reply

Can you be more specific about why you can't Reply? There is no option? Or? A screenshot would help us see what you see.

Not sure, new member and when I log in to view my PM , I can’t find a way to reply. I can take a screenshot but can’t post.

You should be able to reply to Private messages.

if you're viewing using a browser, open the message and look in the lower right corner of the message for a reply button. Click, fill out the response, and hit "submit"

If you're viewing another way, we may need a screen shot

Posting pictures on the MOC isn't too difficult once you know the process. Lots of members do just that. Be sure to take the photo in Landscape mode.

Below is a picture of a Private Message. I started by clicking on the "Private Message" tab in the upper right (circled in yellow). That gave me a list of PMs which I selected one. It opens the message as seen (the text will differ) and there are "forward" and 'Reply" buttons in the lower right (see the red arrow)


You say you don't get a list of PMs when you slick on the Private Message tab above? What do you see?

Is it possible that you are viewing the Mobile version of the forum site? If so, scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, and at the very bottom of the page at the left corner, you will see View Full Site. Click on that and you will be able to get to your Private Messages.

Another thought... are you clicking on a link in your email? If so, make sure you are logged in at the forum. If you cannot see the message, chances are good you are not logged in. You might see something like this:

Another tip: ALWAYS check the "Remember Me" button on the Logon screen. It avois a number of annoying issues.
