Auto Level issue

Hello,
We brought the rig home for the winter, parked it in it's spot and when I hit the auto level, it made a whiney noise. I put it in manual mode and every time I hit the { right } button on the key pad, I get 'excessive angle' message. I was able to level it though using manual mode. however, even though the green ling in the keypad (baseball field as I call it) was green, the camper was all but leveled. It was nowhere near it when I took my level around the camper. I attached a vid of the sound when the auto level was hit. The camper is plugged into the house. I did have an issue with auto level at the CG, but was able to calibrate it and level it, now, nope.

The sound I hear is telling me the Hydac cartridges are not getting a 12 vdc signal from the control panel thru the front forward control module ( located in front cargo bay up on the ceiling )

I would disconnect the harness plug on the control panel, wait a minute and then reinstall.. I would also locate the single RED wire on the front forward control module and either remove it or the inline fuse on that wire near the battery for a minute..

This will often correct many glitches on the system

You can also check for 12 vdc signal at each Hydac valve solenoid with a multimeter and a helper and verify that each Hydac valve solenoid is getting 12 vdc sent to it from front forward control module.

Thanks, I'l give that a shot today. Though, if it wasn't getting the juice would it still work in manual mode? Which it does (to a point)

YES.. Manual mode is different then Auto level and you are controlling EACH Hydac cartridge valve solenoid MANUALLY...

When using the Auto Level mode the front forward control module is running a software routine stored in NVRAM and this can get "glitched" and cause all sorts of Odd occurrences to happen
