No, there isn't an App for the MOC forum. But is it usable with a phone/tablet via a browser.

No app. So on my iPhone I just leave a Safari window open to the forum and minimize it when not using, never closing it. I set the window to open to New Posts so that it brings up the newest posts since I last opened it. Closest thing I can get to an app.

And on my computer I have a saved link in favorites.
