Afmd35131 no heat

My furnace will not do anything at all no lights on board. No blower no anything. Replaced the main board and still nothing. Replaced thermostat still the same. I do have 12 volts coming in the board but no 12 volts coming back.Any ideas on what or where to check next

My blower won’t even come on.

This might help. Look at the 8:00 mark where she starts to discuss not getting power to the fan pin.

Check your ground.
Take a multimeter and read the OHMs, control board ground wire pin to the frame (ground).
It should be 0 or a few ohms.
