A 'tiny house' or a 5er?

That's pretty cool. I don't think you could tow that around all the time. Fuel mileage would be the pits, with that flat front.

$11,000 WOW. She could have bought a very nice used 5th wheel with at least one slide and a used composting toilet for $11,000. That thing looks real cramped to me. Our first motorhome that we full timed in was 32' without slides and let me tell you it was cramped. Don't mean to be so negative, but.............

Definitely wouldn't want to tow down the highway at 65 mph! ....and any kind of frequent towing over rough roads would wrack the heck out the sheetrock work, not to mention possible damage to the structural integrity. ...but for the intended purpose of a micro-home that has the potential to be infrequently re-located, I think it is brilliant. I think that it could be carefully moved at low, low, low speed, and survive an occasional move.

I, perhaps, would choose to do a cargo container conversion, then hire a truck and crane to relocate any time it was necessary. She has six tires that will most likely be too rotten to go any kind of distance, say, if she has to move it in six or ten years from now.
