IMHO:

Likes: Kitchen, Bedroom, two doors, and tub/shower.
Dislikes: Recliners do not face TV and toilet area is too small.
 
Telie is on an arm, don't believe you need to do, but, you can move it. Toilet area is NOT that small, of course, depending on your physical self. That coming from one who has not been a fan of the side aisle bath, this one has some great features tho that do not show in the floor plan.

Hopefully it will be popular enough to continue manufacturing until I hit the lottery. ;)[:p][:p];)

And, those that know me, know that we purchased the 3295 RK for one reason only, the DESK! I did not even look in the bedroom/bathroom. Really! I walk out of all units that do not have a full desk that is far far far away from the telie.

Gosh, we do love that there are choices!
 
@Carol. If you turn the TV to face the recliners, then the couch potatoes can't see. I just like to see, at a minimum, that the chairs face the TV. Oh, Don't get me wrong. It will sell and do well. Love to see pictures. I just think that the 3725RL has more balance IMHO.
 
From what we have seen from afar we certainly like most of what we see. The dedicated desk/office area is a must for us and that pantry next to the fridge and back door would be just great, but a larger rear viewing window would be nice. Bathroom with large shower and improved linen space looks excellent. Perhaps the only concern we have is that from the recliners one doesn't look straight at the television and can't be switched with the sofa for that direct on viewing like we do with our 3455.
 
@Steve. Yes, there is a backdoor. This new model will sell because of the two doors, the great kitchen, and a "man cave" all on one level.

I believe you can open ONE door of the frig with the slides closed, as in some other units.

As that is something that is not high on our personal hit list, that would be more than sufficient. We pack lunches in coolers so I have food available at a moment's notice (Due to the Demon), or we stop for lunch out. Sometimes we do a bit of groceries while on the road, so getting to to one side is good.
 
Is the pantry also convertible to a stack washer dryer? Not considering, just curious, although even if it would, it would be in a strange location. I like the innovation, but it does not appear we would like the floorplan better than our newly ordered rig. Personal preference is always interesting as can be seen by the responses so far. For instance the desk, we had one in the 3400 which was rarely used, have a fold down one in the 3750 which has never been used, therefore the lack of one in the 3850 is not an issue since it will not be missed. Keep up the good innovative work though, Keystone!!

From my leaky memory of the size of that pantry, it would not handle a stackable. But, the storage in that pantry is super duper, I see possibilities! ;)[}:)];) NOT all involving, mmm, food! SNICKER

The only issue Al has with this unit is he is a bit concerned about the venting of the Spendide, being in the middle of that front closet that way.
 
I think because the kitchen is not in the rear cap area. The desk and pantry are in that space, so the kitchen is mid-kitchen (MK). IMHO
 
There looks like there is a bit of wasted space behind the fridge. Other that that, we would have sure been tempted had we not just bought our 2013 and had the upgrades done.
 
If you do a nation wide search on RV Trader, there is one with about 19 pictures on there. Very nice. Carla really likes the hardwood floor look and the desk area. She really, really likes the lounger sofa. Maybe if we hit the lottery we can afford one also.
 
No stackable washer/dryer....that's a deal breaker for me. This layout reminds me of the Hitchhiker Champagne 38CKRD that was out in 2010. I like how that floorplan gave the coach a "room" specific design. A defined kitchen/eating area, a defined living room, a defined watercloset, and defined bedroom. Some of the "open floorplans" are too open for my taste. I also find it interesting to see how many floorplans are being discontinued....
 
We like the floor plan, and noticed while touring the prototype that the doors have builtin swing dampers allowing the door to stay put without latching back. Like the floor covering, and that rear desk and window could help one see the "reflections from the fence". If the two recliners are an issue just change them for another couch/love seat and then there is no moving furniture to pack up. We once had an apartment with two couches and tv arranged as in the 3735 with me laying on one and DW on the other. With the vinyl flooring you could even scoot the tv control across to the other partner without ever getting up.:D
 
Carol, our new 3900 has the Splendide in the front closet center and the closet is prepared for the vent. From the cabinet to the wall is what looks almost like a step. Inside are the waterlines and space for the vent line. All the new floorplans that we have seen that do not have a space dedicated to the W/D have the prep in the closet. I suppose from the floorplan that this is true here also. Have not seen one on our lot yet. Larry
 
Garry, love that idea of the sliding remote! SNICKER!!

I think that back window would be sufficient, I have a window now over the desk, and now and then, indeed, I do do a bit of reflections from the fence via that window! :D

Larry, I hear there is one in Macon Georgia. Al looked at the photos, are we are pretty sure that is the prototype we saw in Goshen, now in Macon. Thanks for the info on the venting on the Spendide. We will be watching and asking for feed back on that issue in the future.

Al was looking at the size (which is now posted on the Keystone website), it will need well over 40 foot to park ALL of it on the campsite, just under 40 per the website, but, as we learned at the Rally they measure from the middle of the king pin to the middle of the bumper. Which means, the ladder and anything in front of the "middle" of the king pin are NOT measured. Funny, Al and I must still get the non-measured parts INTO any campsite we rent. Those of you that were at the Rally might remember I had a bit of a hissy over that issue.

Al also looked at the payload and such. It will have 500 pounds LESS payload than our current Tana IF the numbers do not change. The pin weight will be about 2600 pounds out the door, before we put any clothes or the Spendide up front. Our 3295 current pin weight is about 3400 pounds.

We are not quite sure why the total weight upon delivery is about 13,400 per the web site, LOTS more than we are with Tana. Frame is larger, but, there seems to be quite a bit of difference in the weight of the 3735 and other similar sized units. Will be watching that too.
