We want to attend but it appears that the stated pet policy won't allow us. We have more than 2 dogs. We have 4 Pugs with 3 being special needs such as blindness or paralysis. Bummer! I did place a call to the campground asking if there are exceptions to the policy and hopefully hear back sometime soon. The 2026 Rocky Mountain Region Rally will be held at the Garden of the Gods RV Resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The rally will start on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, for 7 nights, leaving on Tuesday, June 9th.
The RV Park is surrounded by the picturesque beauty of the Garden of the Gods Park and is on the edge of both Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs, Colorado. The area offers many different attractions including the Garden of the Gods Park, Pikes Peak, USAF Academy, Glen Eyrie Castle, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, US Olympic & Paralympic Museum, and so much more. We have different activities planned and you will also have time to explore on your own as well.
We have reserved 25 sites at the Garden of the Gods RV Resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado and we have reserved the pavilion for our group activities. The cost per site is $504 plus tax for the week for full hookups. There are 18 Deluxe Plus Pull-Through Sites and 7 Deluxe Plus Back-In Sites. (If you are in a back-in site and need assistance, please let us know.) You may stay an additional 4 days at the discounted rate of $72 plus tax. Rates are subject to change if we do not have 20 sites filled. Under 20 sites the daily rate will be $75 plus tax, and under 10 sites the daily rate will be $82 plus tax. If you want to be next to a friend, please make that known in your email to me. This park wants to assign sites when we have all registrations in according to the size of your RV to make sure everyone fits. I would contact them and see about an exception. Perhaps for a friendly, older dog?We were putting are trips together and was taking a closer look and the campground and spotted the dog ie: pet policy and we travel with a dear friendly German shepherd and it looks like we may have to cancel because of that issue will check if grand children will watch at home before canceling.
Thanks I plan to, Hope you two are fine we miss you two. Have a blessed yearI would contact them and see about an exception. Perhaps for a friendly, older dog?
