2025 WRSR Rally needed

Hi all heading to the Western Rally in Hermosa,
We are in need of Easy-ups and tables for the rally, we have an open space where we will have most of the activities
If you have one and could bring one please let me know by responding to this thread

Looking at the list, 4 Ez-Ups are not enough to provide shade if the weather is warm. And who knows whether is will be hot or cold. The park doesn't have a covered area for gatherings so we are will be using 2 campsites. The more Ez-Ups we can get, the better.

Entry #10 above did not get reflected in the total number. We will have both a table and eq-up there.
