My girlfriend and I have lived in our Montana full-time for the last 18 months, and have fixed all of the common issues and problems that have come up so far. It has been from Texas to the East Coast to California and back to Texas and has seen about 12 to 15 states along the way.

We just started redoing all the lap sealant on the roof, and a few small repairs on minor items. I have an exhaustive list of all repairs and upgrades that have been done, of which there are many.

We are open to selling it with lots of the existing equipment, such as the travel griddle, space heaters for the winter, predator generator, extra propane tank, and various other odds and ends.

We will be located in Charlotte, North Carolina at the time that we sell the camper. I will be listing it on RV trader in about a month, but figured I’d give people here a chance to contact me about it first.

As soon as we get to Charlotte, I will be emptying the RV, deep cleaning, finishing up any minor repairs and taking pictures and videos. I have some relatively recent photos and videos if anyone is interested.

It will basically look like a new RV, with a few nicks and dings inside here and there, and a custom kitchenette table.

I will be open to any reasonable offer, let me know if you are interested and let’s talk!

I have listed the camper on RV trader for $75k. It has a lot of repairs and upgrades included, and lots of optional accessories which can be negotiated into the sale.

https://www.rvtrader.com/listing/2024-Keystone-MONTANA+3231CK-5035659001#sid=644444

The listing has extensive details on repairs and accessories, etc.

The camper will be available the first week of May or so after we have it professionally cleaned inside and out and we remove all of our belongings. We will post more photos and a video at that time as well.

If anyone is interested, please reach out and let's discuss. I am negotiable on the price and what is included.

$75K? Should sell quickly at that price. It's worth $90K

You think so? I bought it new for $85k, so I figured $75k was a fair price. I looked at comps and there aren't a lot of used 2024's listed so it is hard to say what I should be selling for.

Thanks for the input!

Definitely a fair price. I wouldn't sell my 2023 for less than $85K. But it has every upgrade like internal Vac, gen, etc.

Jdpower.com list the “average retail value” as $84,000. By “retail” I assume that would be a dealer sell price which would likely be higher than an individual.

OP HERE

Also willing to do a deal to include the tow vehicle which is a 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 AT4 with 125k miles or so in great shape with one scratch on the side, with many upgrades and accessories as well. Truck would go for $50-55k but negotiable on a package for the truck and trailer combined. If anyone is interested LMK!
