Located in Wellsburg, WV. Very clean and well cared for. Non smoking, no pets. Professionally waxed and detailed annually. Roof cleaned and treated annually. No issues inside or out. Still smells new inside. We only stayed in this rig three winter seasons in FL (23-25). Upgraded king mattress to a Wilderness RV mattress. New 50” Samsung 4k smart TV. Front AC unit was replaced in April of this year. Has a bonus room that could be used as a craft room, office, or spare room for kids or guests. Nitrogen filled tires are like new.
