Hello everyone,

We recently bought a used 2022 Montana 331RL and after bringing home and plugging into power we are getting DC power to the trailer letting us use lights, TV, Fridge etc. but we are not getting AC power to outlets, Air conditioning, microwave etc. We originally had it plugged into the house outlet via 15 amp to 30amp to 50amp conversions and noticed the problem. We then tried plugging it straight from the 50amp cord to a 30 amp converter into a generator with a 30amp plug and were still getting the same issue.

We tried a multimeter to check power at the plug on the rear of the trailer and we are getting power to the legs, but when we tried checking power at the breaker box it doesn't seem like we are getting power there.

We have tried turning the inverter off in the battery bay, unplugging the shore power and leaving it for a bit before turning back on and that did not fix our problem. Have even tried calling Keystone support but they just said we needed someone to come look at it. Trying to exhaust all options before we have to call someone in to take a look.

Worth mentioning, but we saw the trailer last Wednesday and the owner was not having any of these issues, AC's were run over the weekend and they confirmed they had power to microwave and outlets.

Any insight or other troubleshooting we can try here?

If the RV has the generator prep (or even the generator), check the transfer switch. There was a bad batch of them around that era that would hang up and not switch. A Search may help you figure it out. Here is one Thread: Electrical Problems

I ran into this once. Found a GFI outlet in the basement (which I had forgotten about) that was tripped. Worth a check.
