Have a 2021 Montana 3812ms great camper but on a recent trip to the Flordia keys I noticed a trim piece loose on the back passenger side corner upon further investigation I discovered that I had 2 wall stud welds broke. Has anyone dealt with keystone getting this repaired by them ? Have they covered it even though it's out of warranty but they knew about it for a while. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Jerart

No, they wanted me to take it local. I told them I didn't buy local and none of them wanted to work on it. So they suggested to take it to their plant in Pendleton, OR witch is about 3 hours away.

Ok we live in southwest pa so hopefully if they take care of it I can take it to Indiana if not looks like a rode trip any tips on dealing with them

Depending on when you sent the email, you may want to consider picking up the phone and calling Keystone Customer Service. You can also reach out to Affinity RV Group in Goshen --574-971-5543--as they do a significant amount of work on Keystone frame flex issues. Their shop is right around the corner from Keystone's repair and parts warehouse.

I was a 2nd owner. They were straight up with me. They asked for pictures of the damage and also wanted pictures of every side of the 5th wheel: front, back, and both sides. I had an appointment with Affinity that they okayed, but with the fuel prices, I asked to go to Pendleton
