A member sought replacement decals for a 2019 20th Anniversary Edition 3120 because the dark brown graphics were cracking, preferably a proven do-it-yourself solution. Other members also had difficulty finding this model year’s graphics: one reported that a repair required graphics-shop reproduction, while another said Affinity RV described the originals as unavailable and replacements as an expensive special order, leading them to leave the repaired area without decals.

I have found decals for other years but not the 2019 20th Anniversary set. Has anyone replaced some and if so how ? The dark brown are cracking on our 3120.

I'd like to find some as well. I know when I had it in for repairs they had to have a graphics shop make them. No details on that however

We have the same RV. When it was at Affinity RV for frame flex repair they said if we wanted to replace the decals that we would lose for the repair they would have to be a special order - an expensive special order. They said the decals for the unit are no longer available. We opted to just go without decals in the repair area.

I have several websites for decals, but they all seem to slip over the 2019 model year.

Although it might not help OP, I'm losing them here for reference:

The first one doesn't seem to work anymore. The last one seems to be a custom shop, since they offer special services.

Seems like you could take a sideview photo (like the screen shot below) to a local sign shop and they could figure out the dimensions of the stripes and graphics and quote you a complete replacement set. You might have to pay them for the graphics layout work.

The time, effort and MONEY for a job like this is out of my pay grade.

Yes, i was hopping someone had a clever perhaps “do it yourself” solution that has been done successfully.

Before YouTube and maybe 20 years ago, DW and I worked on the graphics of our then Alpenlite fifth wheel…basically, lightly sanding…painters tape of all the edges…spray paint over the vinyl graphic with a color match as best as we could find in Walmarts Krylon spray paints. We did one color/stripe at a time, worked on it for a couple of hours each evening after I got home from work. We were happy with it for a few more years before we sold the unit. That sort of project was a lot easier at age 50 than it would be now. There are lots of videos on YouTube from people showing greater detail and methods to get good results.

You can find more threads on sprucing up vinyl graphics over on IRV2, but the general opinion is that once the vinyl has dried out and cracked, it will continue to shrink and crack after spray paint. I searched IRV2 and the Jayco Owners forum hoping to find a thread with a source for graphics but came up empty. FWIW…On IRV2 you can find lots of discussion from folks taking their rig to Mexico for a full paint job at half to a third of the price in the US. Also several threads discussing a vinyl wrap alternative.

I also searched Amazon and eBay, and they have graphics for older Montanas - mostly the front cap “mountains” or the word MONTANA…but not the full body side swoops and swirls. I bought the 36” long word FLEETWOOD for the rear cap of my motorhome several months ago for $30 on eBay to replace the OEM word which was cracked and faded. It looks really good!

I tried a search on this forum and on IRV2 for ORACAL 651 and came up empty. However I tried REPLACE VINYL GRAPHICS and quite a few show up. The link below is one of the more interesting threads on the subject from August 2013. Based on this thread, it sounds like the vinyl graphics on early Montanas went bad in a few years, and many forum members had the $$$ and energy to replace them…AND it sounds like Keystone was giving graphics packages out to rally attendees! Hard to imagine these days!
