We've been snow birding for 10 years and now it's time to begin easing off. We will still go South but will rent a house instead of dragging the fiver.
So this unit has traveled a bit under 12,000 miles. All Interstate going North and South from NY to GA and over to SC most years.
It's one owner and has been well taken care of. Has had several modifications done as the photos will show.
Currently listed on National Vehicle sale site, https://nationalvehicle.com/rv-details/nv/174850/ and they relist it on several other RV sale sites. That site highlights it's basic features but I will add some detail here. We removed the Theater seating as it didn't work well and we didn't like it, replaced with recliners. Removed one sofa and extended the flooring to accommodate one of the recliners. That sofa is available if the purchaser wants the the floor can be restored to original. The cantilevered dinette was removed and a drop down table installed in it's place. The original dinette is available also. Most other mods are small ones, new faucet in bathroom, new slides for some of the drawers, LED lights under microwave. King size d bed was reduced to Queen for more space around it and heaver gas shocks were installed for the thicker mattress. Gas shocks installed in the overhead compartments over the bed. Wired for ethernet connection that some parks provide. Battery upgraded to 200 AH AGM battery.
