My 2000 28' Keystone Montana is having issues with the slide. I believe the coupler (Picture #4) is worn out and causing pins to sheer. I cannot find these really anywhere. Does anyone know where i can find one, or have any repair recommendations? Yes I got the correct spring pins to replace this.

Since you have received no replies I will toss in my 2 cents. Contact keystone with pictures to see if those parts are still available. But it’s possible that exact part is obsolete.

People here have recommended good RV salvage yards in the past that may have something like that. But I don’t remember who they were or the names of the businesses.

As a last and desperate resort it’s possible a machine shop could make one for you.

I was able to remove the current coupling and build up the damaged areas with weld, then grind it down to close to original.

Hopefully this works, I will update if I have further issues.

Keystone was less than helpful on this one.

If you can get the old part off and send it to me if possible I’ll make you one. I own a machine shop and if I can I’ll make you one. You’ll like the price how about free.
