I have 2 Fantastic Fan covers that I will be replacing. The one side of the hinge sits basically flat on the roof and is screwed down with sealant over the screws and hinge flange. Fiver is18 years old I'm not sure as to what sealant I will use. A self leveling Dicor product or a RV silicone...
