shore power

morning- i am plugged into shore power, but my wet cell batteries are not charging. voltage is dropping. when i fire up the motorhome, the batteries bumped up to 13.4 volts. is my converter on the way out or is there something else i should be looking for? the fuses on the converter are good.

Good day to you all! Hope you can settle a discussion regarding the battery disconnect switch. What position should this switch be in when connected to shore power, and what voltages should my lead-acid battery read in each switch position?
