shore power

The 30 Amp will operate the coach. When pluging in to 50 Amp it will not work and read "no shore power, negative ground break. Any thoughts?

i assume it's not acceptable to start the engine while plugged in to shore power. It's 2 different chargers putting out 2 different currents into 1 battery so i assume no. what do you guys do? thanks
