I feel your pain. I have a 2020 3813MS. The second day after purchasing this POS. My hyd pump burns up. Had to replace hyd assembly. And it just keeps getting worse. I have had this 65k junk for 8 months and have had numerous issues. My jwrap came off driving through Atlanta. Thought the whole side was going to fly off before I could get stopped. It’s been on back order for replacement for 7 months. Now today my front awning is out and will not retract. Another notch of issues.

There have been many treads and posts on this same exact issue on multiple forums. Just search and you could read forever.
All I know is they do not build them like they used to. My 2011 unit has no such issues. No way I would trade it for a newer POS. Way too many issues being reported with the new ones.

Ours did the same thing on our 3700LK, on both sides. Took it to the dealer and they fixed it and covered under warranty.

I wish I could say these issues never occurred. Unfortunately I can’t.

Due to these issues, we have changed the installation procedure. I understand this does not help owners with current issues.

We will continue to strive to get better and build better product

A friend of mine keeps telling me he won't buy another rv unless it has Azdel in the walls. I don't know anything about it. Any thoughts? Would this be good or bad for Montana?
