I've done my share of complaining on this forum but wanted to let everyone know the good service I received from Furrion.
We've owned our 3931FB for a little over a year. Recently I noticed the grills on the stove made noise when they were touched (can you tell we don't use them?). The rubber gourmets that hold the grill were missing. I called Furrion and they sent me a package of gourmets and several extras.
Our rig also has the Furrion S 3 camera system. When trying to pair cameras the right camera was blurry and you couldn’t see the picture clearly. The dealer replaced the camera and it has worked fine until this week when I could not pair the camera to the monitor. I called Furrion. They gave me instructions on how to pair the camera. After many attempts (all failures) they are sending me a new camera.
It's nice to know there are companies that stand behind their products.
