New owner Mountaineer 325FKBS
Hi all.New member here. Proud new owner of above 2005 model. Just about to embark on our first trip with it to Florida. (if you own similar, please see my other post asking for help). Esta, my wife, and Sophie, Blue Front Amazon Parrot have just finished our first year of RVing. We live on Long Island NY. Our previous trailer was a 26 foot Sunline, nice but too small for our tastes. We aim to travel for at least 3 months evey year and so far have been to the Keys and Utah/Colorado. Glacier and Yellowstone are in our plans for this year.

Welcome again ttsr4us.
For just one year you sure have put a few miles under your belt. Lorraine and I started fulltime just over a year ago. We haven't been further south than central Florida nor have we crossed the Mississippi. But we have been up and down the east coast twice.
You say you're heading for Florida. If you get in the area of Tampa/St Pete give us a shout. Maybe we could do lunch.

ttsr4us,
Welcome to the forum. May you have many happy miles in your new wheel estate. Don't know if you have reservations for FL yet, but we would like to recommend the Encore Parks. We are currently in their Superpark in Crystal River. Wonderful park with lots of activities and very friendly people. We travel with our feathered friend, Jessie, a sulphur crested cockatoo. We are semi-full timing. Tom retired November 2004, but we chose to keep our vacation home in WV for family gatherings during holiday seasons. Hope you enjoy the forum.

Sounds like you took the founding fathers seriously. Your ambitious schedule gives meaning to the "pursuit" of happiness. Welcome to the MOC Forum and I wish you great success.

Glad to have you on the Forum. Sounds like you have big plans for the new rig. Keep us posted on your adventures. We will have our first full season of Montana traveling this year and also have some ambitious trips planned - starting a month from today. Yippee!
