I just tried contacting Chuck via email and phone. The phone voice mail box is still full and the man's voice does not sound like Chuck's. I will keep you posted if I hear from anyone.

The supplier tried that.
It comes out blurry.
I've seen another post where the logo can't be used by members.
I'm hoping this would be an exception, seeing how there's no response from Chuck.

It's a metal placard.
It does come with ladder mounts.
I mounted mine on the rear wall.
It leaves the ladder free to climb without obstruction
45 dollars, which includes shipping.
