A Baggie Breakfast is a MOC tradition of placing raw eggs in a baggie with other great ingredients, boiling in a water bath for a few minutes, and making an omelet.
Bring a one-quart Zip Lock freezer bag:
Write your name on the Baggie with a black Sharpie and how many eggs you have in your bag with either one, two, or three eggs in the bag. (yes you must break the egg first before you put them in the bag (like scrambled eggs)).Add your favorite ingredients, and we will cook your omelet for you.
We will also need side dishes, potatoes, sweet roll, coffee cake, bacon, sausage, ham, fruit, etc.
*We could use Extra egg ingredients this year (past few years we seem to run out quickly due to the growing number of MOC members) please sign up for multiple members to bring ingredients…
Please bring your own plates, utensils, and coffee cups.
Please sign up below for what you would like to bring.

Sounds interesting. This is our first rally - definitely not sure what to expect from the week. Will be at breakfast - will supply muffins and coffee if needed.

We are already on the road heading North, and have forgot to bring our Turkey Fryer cooker, but are thinking of getting a new one anyway, so If we can we will pick one up and bring it too.
Also will bring extra baggie veggies like green onions and mushrooms.

There were four us on the initial post. Since then two other members said they were bringing cookers (KCJolly post #24 and dannyrver - post #15). That makes six of us. We used four in Heber City with fewer rigs. The more cookers the quicker we can produce omelets.

I talked to Mel earlier (it is his birthday) and he has already bought a replacement. So we have a confirmed 6 plus I have another stored up in Winchester Bay.

Sounds like fun - have seen on RV television show years ago.
We will provide
- ORANGE JUICE

Now, to navigate these roads and swollen rivers out of Missouri... (got that far from Georgia )
