Welcome aboard - I spent some time in Tree Top RV Resort there in Arlington, nice place. If you run into any issue, Jim's RV Repair in Arlington was a charm to work with. I had a new unit that had fridge issues and he got it set up with both the MFG and the dealer to get repaired. Might be a great resource for you. Check out COE Parks
