I think I have mentioned this before, but Baypoint Landing wanted to remind everyone:
There will be a $5 per night charge for any extra cars/trucks/boats beyond the RV and tow vehicle.
There will be a $5 per night charge for each person beyond 2 (under the age of 5 free)
No tents or canopies allowed at sites
Pets must be on a leash at all times outside the RV. No pet cages/fences allowed at sites
Extra fees, if any, will be collected at check in; they are not included in the amount sent to the MOC.

Looking forward to seeing everyone in June. Now, back to snow plowing.

I remember seeing the site numbers on a spread sheet format. a little ways back. thought our site number was 66? now I can not find it on the fourm. If it was sent via e-mail, could you please resend it.

We have been able to add a few more sites to the rally and the wait list has been cleared. After this, we will not be able to add any more sites. At this point, two back-in inland sites are available; once those are filled we will start adding people to the wait list and register them as cancellations come in. If you would like to attend the rally, register as soon as possible.

Cancellation deadline in 2 weeks
The cancellation deadline for the Western Region Rally at Coos Bay, Oregon is May 15, 2019 when we will be submitting payment to the RV resort. Cancellations received before May 15 will receive a full refund. Anyone cancelling after that date will need to contact the RV resort and will probably only receive a partial refund.
We hope to see everyone at the Coos Bay Rally, but understand that life happens. If anyone needs to cancel, please do so via email to moc2019springrally@gmail.com
