Why is a good question. You *ARE* subscribed and should be getting them. I have asked the forum support folks for an answer but being Memorial Day weekend I suspect they are enjoying the time off. Good for them, this is not a life threatening problem.

It is an interesting problem though. There are ways to unsubscribe, but if you are subscribed, they should just come each week.

For those of you who are "Subscribed" there may be a solution. One member says that he got the newsletter after doing this:
Click on 'User CP" --> "Edit Options" and in the "Receive Email" box, check the 'Receive Email from Our Community' check box...

The Support Team hasn't responded to my query but this may be the answer. Give it a try!!! Let us know if it works for you.

Here is what you should see when you click on ""User CP".

Here's is the solution:
In your user CP there is a second setting for the newsletter. Go here: https://www.montanaowners.com/forums/usercp.php

Scroll all the way down until you see this in the left side menu:



Click on newsletter preferences. On the next page you will see all the newsletters you can subscribe to. Change your settings as desired and scroll down to save.

This thread made me think. I haven't received one in a long time. I kied getting them and hope they find the issue and they start again.

Have you checked the two fields in your User CP section? What newsletters do you have enabled there?

I show two newsletters ticked, the weekly one and another.


I suddenly stopped receiving them a few months ago, and would like them back.


I haven't changed those settings since setting up, so whatever stopped it being delivered was (probably) not me.



And before you ask, yes I've checked Spam several times over the last month.


So I think I'm one of the many that are talking here ... mine probably stopped around May this year (I don't know the exact date).



And again, it shows clicked now.

I missed mentioning the User CP setting described in Post #22. Unfortunately we Site Team folks can't see that information so please check that option is also set correctly and report back. The combination of the two settings should fix the problem for you.

That's also ticked on in my CP. I'd checked that a few weeks ago when I finally realized the newsletters were no longer coming.


So I don't know what's wrong ... I did hit the "update" button after deleting a different newsletter and adding a new one. So maybe that'll wake up the system.


I'll let you know if I receive one, but I haven't received one for a very long time.


I DO get e-mailed notifications of thread updates for threads I've responded to, like this one. So the system still knows my e-mail address.


I will let you know in about a week whether I've received a newsletter.
