Island Dinner (aka Potluck)

Join us on Saturday, June 23rd, from 6 pm - 8 pm at the Conference Center - Please bring a dish to share and your favorite beverage.

Set up from 5:30 - 6:00 pm with dinner from 6-8 pm.

We will be providing plates, plastic-ware and napkins. If you want to bring your own silverware feel free to do so. However everyone must use the plates we are providing - no trays.

We currently have 63 people registered for the rally so we need everyone to participate in bringing food. When getting your servings please remember those that will be at the end of the line. When everyone has been served you are welcome to go back.

Please post what you would like to bring (please see list below to avoid too many duplications).

We need help for the set up and clean up - please post if you can help.

I do not have you showing as signed up or on the roster for the NE Rally at KOA Association Island in Henderson Harbor, NY (June 19 -27, 2018). Am I missing something - did you make a reservation? If you did make a reservation with KOA and plan to attend the Rally please PM me asap.
