Leemedic, it is the Elkhart 4H Fairgrounds in Goshen. If you go to 4hfair.org/fair-camping/, you can access their site. If you wish to arrive early, you need to contact them directly.
Richfaa, did you go to the 2018 link?

Leemedic, they are full hookups. The one caution is the sewer is at the back, so you will need a long length of sewer hose.

cwalker. Early check in for the Fall Rally is 17-18 Sep because there is a rally before us that ends 16 Sep. You need to let the campground know you plan to check in early and pay them direct for the 2 days.
If you plan to get there earlier than 17 Sep there are plenty of campgrounds not to far that you can go to until you can get in the rally site.

We have called, and made early reservations. We are arriving on the 16th. She told us we will pay when we arrive for the early days.

Hi everyone, last year was our first rally and we had a great time. We would like to make a suggestion for an event during this year's rally, if you agree and think there is time. Last year the rally had a class on driving and backing the rigs for the women. The event filled up fast and a few were not able to do the actual driving. We think the idea of a driver safety course should be open to all (men and women), but also add a little friendly competition to the hands on portion. Still offer the training, but also hold an obstacle course and backing competition for those who would like to participate. Participants can use there own trucks, but hopefully Keystone can provide a few rigs like they did last year. My wife Barbara and I would be willing to coordinate or help coordinate this event if you think it sounds fun. Just a thought. Brent and Barbara Fonner (BnB) Miami, FL

BnB - The driving school takes a lot of Keystone resources. We have had members waiting to get in. When we meet with Keystone, we’ll see what they can do. It is always full and receives great reviews.
