New Member...

Just joined today. I am from Montana, and will be in the market for a 3820FK within the next two years. The wife and I will be retiring in about three years and plan to full time for 7-8 years.

We did if for a year back in the early eighties, but this time we are smarter. Looking forward to learning from all the great folks on here.

Life sure is good..............

Welcome. Read through the forum and you will find lots of good info. Also it would be appropriate that a person from Montana should own a Montana...lol

Thank you... I see you are from Tacoma. I was born and raised until 16 on Vashon Island. Back in the days when only the very poorest of the poor lived on the Rock.

Excellent, that's what the wife and I are planning. Been there (kind of) many years ago before we had the four kids. Now we want to do it again.

From Montana...

Hi...and welcome!
Just curious where in Montana are you from? I too, am from Montana. A very small town called Silesia. It is about 25 miles outside Billings. My great-great grandparents homesteaded the land. Love it there, and miss it too!

I am from the Northwest corner of Montana. Kalispell... Snow country... We are smack in the middle of winter up here in the mountains. Been here for 16 years, while it truly is a beautiful place to live, I get real tired of massive amounts of snow.

Montana is a great place to live with really good wholesome people, it is also quite off the beaten path. I miss being where the action is. I have a son who is the starting QB for the Edmonton Eskimos, so I spend much of my summer and fall in Canada when I am not teaching High School IB.

Looking forward to traveling again!

Welcome from SE Michigan (currently snowbirding in FL). May you have many happy camping memories once you acquire that new Montana!

I'm sure you thought that you never in your life would be watching Canadian football.

Welcome to the MOC family.

P.S. Being Canadian, we love Canadian football.

Although I am a Yankee, I too really love the CFL game. Fast, bigger field, and certainly much more humble (In most cases) players. Mike loves it up there. I am up there so much that it feels like home to me, and Montana feels like i am visiting.

When Mike was bouncing around on NFL teams, I was watching the CFL games that I could get... at first it really seemed strange to me with all the movement and no fair catches etc. But the more I watched it the more I liked it. I don't watch the NFL much any more, just to slow and predictable compared to the FL

I know exactly what you mean...I have relatives through out Montana. Helena area, and my Aunt lives in Kalispell also. She's been there for so many years.
Nice talking with you!
