2018 UTAH Spring Rally Event sign up sheet
It's now time to sign up and register for the Spring Rally event to be held in Heber City, Utah at the Mountain Valley RV Resort. The official dates for the rally are June 20 to June 27, 2018. Most attendees have already made reservations with the RV park. This is the sign-up sheet for the event. As we get closer to the rally dates I will also be posting news and updates for the event including schedules, local attractions, outings, etc. Theses will be a separate posts.

Your name(s)
MOC number and name
RV park registration site number
Arrival date
Is this your first Spring Rally
UPDATE # 1. I have confirmed there are NO spots left from the original 45 sites the RV park set aside for us. If you haven't made your park registration, contact them here http://mountainvalleyrv.com and tell them you are with the Montana Owners Club. They will try to locate you as close as possible to our event.
UPDATE # 2. I am updating our sign-up sheet as best I can. I am missing info from several of you and have marked it with a ?. And if anything is missing or I have spelled your name wrong, please private message me with this info.
UPDATE # 3. If your plans change and you have to cancel your site registration, please notify me first so I can preserve your spot. Also if any future rally participants cannot obtain a spot near our group, I will put your name on a waiting list if desired.
