Just a friendly reminder. Pictures are allowed on the tour. This is an excellent way to document where things are located before they're all covered up. However, no pictures are in the new models that we will view after the tour. Thanks.

According to our records, we signed up for the Customer Service tour at1:30 and then the factory at 3:00. Perhaps we are wrong. We would appreciate it if you check your records. We signed up a long time ago.

Thanks for checking. I remember signing up and then there was a change and I guess I presumed we would be signed up for the first and second tour. We can do the 3:30. Is that Factory or Customer Service.
