Item#1: Light pendants over kitchen island shorting out.
Item #2: Levelup controller vales for each slide either not labeled correctly or not working.
Item#3: Levelup pistons leaking. Passenger side front has been replaced 3 times. Three others have replace as well due to leaking.
Item#4: Waste tank handle pulls sticking or very hard to pull out.

Service Tech Visit call...

Good News!
We just got a call from Keystone Service stating that the service techs will be available all week and not just on the one day. They will be contacting us directly for our service visit.

I had a meeting with my Keystone counterpart and he understands that there may be more than two issues to address and changes. Just tell the tech when he visits your site.

Got the same call today, stating there will be at least one service tech at the campground all week and they/he/she will call us when he/she/they will be coming to the unit for their session.
One thing for you First Timers and even those that have been to the Rally previously-- Do not expect them to get everything done that might be on your list of problems. IF Montana Division decides to work on your unit it more than likely will be either during the week or possibly AFTER the Rally. They may also send you to a local RV repair facility that they contract with or they may even send you back to your dealer you purchased the unit from for them to do the repairs IF they decide on doing anything at all. There have been instances that they decided not to do anything.

I also got the call. They will pull us off the 15 minute list and just call us, since we are coming in early.
