Yes, absolutely we are having the Pot Luck. So far everything on the schedule is a go. No I do not have a coordinator for the pot luck, but these things pretty much run themselves. I was thinking around 5pm and I have the meeting hall as a place, so everyone brings a dish and Pot luck it is.

If you or anyone else would like to organize something a little more formal, that is fine with me.

all meals except the Ice cream social will be considered green, meaning bring your own plates and utensils.

I will provide bowls for the Ice cream social.

It would be good to have a food list for what people are bringing so we dont have a lot of doubles.

All group activities to include the nightly fire will take place at the campground meeting hall located in the white building just to the right hand side as you exit thru the campground entrance. Plenty of parking is available, so feel free to use a vehicle to transport your food items. there is a refrigerator and bathroom in the hall, as well as tables and chairs, but bring a camp chair for the fire pit.

Tonight's festivities start at 6pm!

If anyone would like to volunteer to run or host any of these activities please post here, I am looking for help.

You guys must be very busy. I wish I could of attended. Been many years since I've been active. Hope for some good pictures and fun time tales.
