Temple & Michele, You are already on the list for a Tech visit 2:00-2:15. There is no need to list you issues here. The techs will get that from you when they visit you.

I thought I had signed up earlier in the process, but I guess I screwed up. I see that there are some openings late in the day. If there is any chance that I can still see a tech, it would be greatly appreciated. If not, I understand.
